How To Order
Ordering online is quick and easy and the steps involved are set out below. You do not need to register with us to place an order - simply choose the 'Proceed to Checkout' option. Registering with us will give you a faster ordering process in the future, as we can store your addresses and Information securely.
If you are having any trouble placing an order, please email us or call 01278 588188 for help, or to place the order by telephone.
You can look for products in two ways:
'Browsing' using the top left menu to navigate to the categories you want to see and using the sub menus to narrow-down further
'Searching' using the box at the top of the page. You can search by product code, product name, material (eg. 'Willow' or 'Tools') or even Height.
When you find a product that you would like to buy, select the specific size and weight you would like, enter the quantity and then just click the "Add to Basket" button.
If you wish to view the products in your shopping basket click on "Shopping Basket" button at the top of the page.
Once you have finished shopping select "Checkout" on the "Shopping Basket" page and follow the on-screen instructions
Payment
Payment can be made through Google Checkout or Nochex Merhcant services please visit our Ordering security page for more information on security and card protection information.
Other ways of ordering
If you are having problems ordering on the web, you can download a Mail Order form by 'clicking here' this can be printed out and filled in with the products you want, you can then send this to us in the post with a cheque and all your details, please note the prices from the website and if there are any offers you wish to take advantage of. For delivery prices please scroll down the page or if you need help working out a delivery price please phone us and we will be happy to help. Prices will be valid two days after the letter has been sent, otherwise we will process at the latest prices. You can also contact the farm directly over the phone.

Delivery
All orders placed before 10.00am will be dispatched that same day (exception to this is where there is an internet problem fault and orders cannot be downloaded). Shipping prices will be determined solely by the weight of the order. We cannot give refunds on returned goods if the goods are not wanted or are not faulty.
Listed below are the delivery prices which are determined by weight and please note that on rare occasions you may receive more than one delivery for a single order.
£4.99 3-5 working days up to 1.9kg
£7.50 3-5 working days up to 4kg
£9.99 Next Day up to 4kg
£10.95 Next Day up to 15.5 kg
£14.95 Next Day up to 30.5kg
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
If you are from Northen Ireland, The Scottish Highlands or The Islands to avoid delays you must select the drop down option on the checkout screen which says 'N.Ireland, Highlands, Islands please note Islands excludes 'Channel Islands'. To see what is classed as the Scottish Highlands please 'click here'
A delivery option to collect your goods directly from the farm is also available, it is stated as Collect From Farm obviously this will not charge you a delivery cost. Please only select this option if you wish to pick up your goods from the farm otherwise you may experience delays in receiving your order.

Frequently asked Delivery questions:
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change a delivery address once the order has been despatched.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, a signature is requested on delivery.
What happens if I am not in when you try to deliver?
If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then take your order back. Please read the card which will explain what you need to do, they will either try and re-deliver or in some cases you may need to pick your order up from the depot.
Who will be delivering my goods?
TNT couriers and Royal Mail dispatch all of our goods, who will deliver your order depends on the weight of the goods you have selected.
When will I receive my order?
If you placed your order on Monday before 10.00am it would be dispatched that same day using our UK Standard delivery service at 1-5 working days the earliest you could receive your order would be Tuesday morning and the latest you could receive your order would be the following Monday aternoon.
What is a delivery working day?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are all classed as delivery working days, Saturday, Sunday and Bank holiday days are not classed as delivery working days
Can I receive my order using a quicker service?
Yes you can receive you order using one of our next day services, but you will have to pay more to use the service. At the checkout screen please select the drop down box which states 'next day'

My order has been delivered but only half of it is here?
On some occasions due to weight and size restrictions some orders maybe dispatched in two parts, i.e. the first half of your order may arrive on a Tuesday and the second half will likely arrive on a Wednesday, part orders still fall under 1-5 working days and if you do not receive both parts of you order within 5 days please call us.
