I did purchase the 24'' Cane Webbing for my damaged chair and it arrived extremely quick.
I noticed that when the order arrived, the cane webbing had the wrong measurements and as i result i called to understand and explain what has happened.
I wasn't clear with my order and hence i did ask for some clarity, and i was explained in great depth the measurements. I was refunded for the
wrong order and helped to make the new order. What an amazing experience, have not seen such a service in a very long time.
